Delete Your Venus Account

We’re sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your account, please review the following carefully:

How to Delete Your Account:

1. Head to your Profile in the Venus app (Right most icon in the bottom Navigation).

2. Click on the pink Settings icon in the top right corner.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Delete My Account.

4. After selecting Delete Account, follow the on-screen instructions.

5. Confirm your decision — remember this action is irreversible.

6. Your has account is now deleted.

If you are unable to access the Venus App:

1. Email us at admin@venus-care.com and we will process your request as soon as possible.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• All your personal data, including profile information and preferences, will be permanently deleted.

• Any remaining credits, rewards, or balances or paid plans will be will be forfeited.

• This action is irreversible — once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

• Refer to our Privacy Policy for information about data retention and deletion processes.
